Please note: due to the natural nature of our 100% European flax linen, you may notice slight natural fuzzing before the first wash. This is completely normal with high-quality linen fibers and softens beautifully over time with wear and washing. Because our fabrics are minimally processed and undyed, slight variations in tone and subtle color changes may occur naturally from piece to piece. We believe these details are part of the beauty of natural fibers and the lived-in character linen is loved for.

If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
To begin a return, please email us at contact@lulurobins.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
