Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lulu Robins pieces as much as we loved creating them.

If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date

To begin a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
